Workshop at Temasek Polytechnic

Posted September 29th, 2010. Filed under flash temasek workshops

Sonoport recently held its first workshop at Temasek Polytechnic in Singapore! The participants included both students and lecturers, which made for a great mix for the workshop. In it, we covered some basic introduction into sound synthesis followed by a hands on into using Sonoport Sounds.

Some key questions came up from the workshop participants. These included questions like, “Wait, where is the sound file again?” (That is one of my favourite questions to answer!) Sonoport Sounds are all generated through AS3 code, that’s what makes our sounds so unique.

The workshop was a great success, with participants experimenting on their own and coming up with nice demos!
